| 摘 要： | 目的了解中山地区儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体（MP）的流行状况,为肺炎支原体的防治提供依据。方法对2009年10月—2011年4月来我院儿科就诊的门诊及住院呼吸道感染患儿4 827例取咽拭子进行快速液体培养法检测肺炎支原体,对不同年龄、不同性别、不同季节的肺炎支原体感染情况进行统计学分析。结果 4 827例患儿中MP阳性为764例,阳性率为15.8%;男性患儿3 004例,阳性率为15.3%;女性患儿1 823例,阳性率为16.6%.全年均可检出MP,且无季节差异。1岁~3岁患儿的感染率最高。结论肺炎支原体是儿童时期呼吸道感染的重要病原之一,以婴幼儿发生率为最高,男女性别感染无显著性差异,临床上应加强对婴幼儿肺炎支原体感染的防治。
