| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年人牙隐裂的临床表现、治疗方法及治疗效果。方法早期隐裂牙修补术及有牙髓症状的隐裂牙正畸带环固定后,行根管治疗,全冠修复,观察治疗成功率。结果经6个月～1年的随访,总有效率达90%.结论隐裂牙正确治疗可以维护牙齿的正常功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the elderly in clinical manifestations of cracked teeth,treatment and the reponse.Methods Early cracked tooth repair and pulp symptoms of cracked tooth with ring after fixed orthodontic treatment,root canal therapy,the crown,which would improved curative rate.Results After 6 months to 1 year follow-up,the total effective rate was 90 percent.Conclusion Correct treatment of cracked teeth can maintain the normal function of teeth. |
