| 摘 要： | 目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效。方法将2005年1月—2009年9月我科收治的53例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为2组,治疗组（n=25）使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠,对照组（n=28）使用脑蛋白水解物治疗。通过对比2组患儿临床神经症状恢复时间来判断药物的疗效。结果单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂钠与脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿HIE的疗效差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠是治疗新生儿HIE可供选择的有效药物。
