医护联合查房在骨科优质护理服务中的应用探讨

目的探讨医护联合查房在骨科优质护理服务中的应用。方法在对所有患者实施优质护理服务的同时,对患者入科、术前、术日、术后均实行医护联合查房,查房时指导护士进行一系列的护理活动。结果患者出院时对医护工作的满意度平均为96.6%,电话随访患者疾病康复情况良好。结论实施医护联合查房,能为患者提供"优质、高效、低耗、满意、放心"的医疗服务,值得临床推广应用。

The application of ward round of doctor and nurse in the orthopedics nursing service

Objective To study the application of joint rounds in the orthopaedic medical care service.Methods All patients were given high quality nursing implementation services.At the same time,a medical joint rounds was implemented when the patients hospitalized,preoperative and postoperative day and postoperation.And nurses were guided to implement a series of nursing activities for patient rounds.Results The degree satisfaction of all discharge patients was 96.6%.The patients were followed-up for disease,according to the phone were in good condition.Conclusion The medical joint rounds is "high quality,high efficiency,low consumption,satisfaction,trust" medical service,and worth to clinical application.
