| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对分娩结局及产妇满意度、产后的出血的影响。方法将300例产妇随机分成对照组和干预组。对照组采取常规的护理及宣教,干预组在常规护理及宣教的基础上给予护理干预。2组产妇在分娩结局、平均产程时间、满意度及产后出血方面进行比较分析。结果 2组产妇的分娩结局无显著差异,平均产程时间和满意度的比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,2组产后出血情况比较,干预组明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预可以减轻产妇的不良情绪,提高顺产率,增加满意度,提高产科的护理质量,还可以降低产后出血率,利于产妇的产后康复。
