头孢尼西钠与肌苷的配伍稳定性考察

目的考察注射用头孢尼西钠与肌苷注射液在0.9%氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法在室温（20±2）℃]条件下,观察8 h内配伍液的外观性状、pH值及紫外吸收光谱的变化,并用系数倍率法、紫外双波长等吸收法分别测定头孢尼西钠与肌苷的含量。结果两药在配伍后8 h内肌苷含量无明显变化、8 h时头孢尼西钠含量〈90%,其余外观性状、pH值及紫外吸收光谱等考察指标均无明显变化。结论注射用头孢尼西钠与肌苷注射液可在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍使用,但应在6 h内滴注完毕。

Compatible stability of Cefonicid sodium for injection with Inosine injection

Objective To study the compatible stability of Cefonicid sodium for injection with Inosine injection in 0.9% sodium chloride.Methods Within 8 hours at room temperature（20±2）℃],the chang of the mixture in appearance,pH value and UV absorption spectra were respectively observed,and the contents of Cefonicid sodium for injection and Inosine injection were determined by K-ratio spectrophotometry and Dual wavelength spectrophotometry.Results There was no significant change in the content of Inosine injection after mixing,while the content of Cefonicid sodium for injection showed a reduction at 8 h.No significant change was noted in appearance,pH value and UV absorption spectra within 8 hours.Conclusion Cefonicid sodium for injection can be mixed with Inosine injection in 0.9% sodium chloride for injection,but the mixture should be used up within 6 h.
