| 摘 要： | 目的了解护士对护理服务现状的认知,寻求提高护理服务水平的途径与方法,以提高患者满意度。方法采取自制问卷对随机抽样的110名在职护士进行调查。结果护士对护理服务的意义有一定认识;认同护理服务与护患纠纷的相关性;护士在不同阶段、不同层次接受规范化护理服务培训均不理想;护士对护理服务内涵的认识有待提高;护士普遍认同建立护理服务规范化制度的重要性。结论护士对护理服务意义的认识有待进一步提高;护理服务与护患纠纷两者存在一定关系;应注重护理服务的培训,注重护理服务内涵,注重护患沟通,切实履行告知义务,注重技术水平的提高,注重护士心理品质的培养,建立长期有效的护理服务制度和预警机制,赢得更多的患者。
