2011年山西省忻州市碘缺乏病防治效果调查分析

目的调查分析忻州市碘缺乏病防治措施落实情况及效果,为完善消除碘缺乏病长效工作机制提供科学依据。方法按照《碘缺乏病防治项目实施方案》,每县按东、西、南、北、中各抽取1个乡镇,每乡抽取1所小学,每所小学随机抽检20名8岁-10岁儿童的尿碘含量;每所小学采用问卷调查方式调查30名5年级学生碘缺乏病健康教育知晓情况;碘盐监测考评当年居民合格碘盐食用率。结果儿童尿碘中位数为208.48μg/L;学生碘缺乏病防治知晓率为85.6%;居民合格碘盐食用率为98.96%。结论碘缺乏病防治监测工作是一项长期而艰巨的社会工程,忻州市碘缺乏病防治措施得到落实,以食盐加碘为主的综合防治干预措施,取得了较好的防治成效,14个县（市、区）均达到了实现消除碘缺乏病目标的标准。

Survey and analysis of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinzhou city,Shanxi province in 2011

Objective To analyze the implementation of the control measures and effect of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinzhou city,and to provide the scientific basis for long-term elimination of iodine-deficiency diseases.Methods In accordance to iodine lack disease control project implementation program,each county was enrolled according to East,and West,and South,and North,one primary school was enrolled in each township extraction,urine iodine content of 20 children at 8-10 age were chosen by randomly at each primary school;in each primary school questionnaire investigation was used,30 students at fifth grade were investigated about iodine lack disease health education;iodine salt monitoring evaluation year residents qualified iodine salt edible rate.Results Median urinary iodine of children was 208.48 μ g/L;awareness rate of student for control of iodine deficiency disorders was 85.6%;98.96% residents were qualified for iodized salt consumption rate.Conclusion On the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinzhou city,measures were implemented and better control of results were achieved,the goal of elimination of iodine deficiency disease achieved.
