非洲输入性疟疾病例合并血小板减少情况分析

目的：分析住院治疗的普通疟疾患者中合并血小板减少情况的处理方法。方法收集2013年广西上林县外出非洲加纳等地务工返乡人员住院治疗的普通疟疾病例进行统计分析。结果该县全年在外出非洲务工流动人口中发现疟疾病例共1052例，并以恶性疟为主，6月~7月两个月的疟疾病例占全年总病例数的72.43%（762/1052），在国内实属罕见。住院治疗488例，其中有175例疟疾病例合并血小板减少，占总住院病例数的35.86%（175/488），恶性疟、间日疟、三日疟和卵形疟病例中均有血小板减少的病例出现，血小板值最低的病例为9×109/L（正常值100×109~300×109/L）。经有效抗疟药物治疗后患者血小板数在3 d~6 d恢复至正常值。结论对于合并血小板减少的疟疾病例原则上应以采用高效、速效、低毒的青蒿琥酯药物尽快消除血内疟原虫为主，患者血小板数会逐渐恢复至正常值。

Analyze the situation on Africa imported malaria and thrombocytopenia cases

ObjectiveAnalysis of common malaria patients of hospitalized in thrombocytopenia condition and treatment.MethodsThe common malaria cases of workers to return home from Ghana,Africa with hospitalization were collected and analyzed in Shanglin County,Guangxi in 2013.ResultsThe county annual total of 1052 cases of malaria found in the mobile population and mainly Plasmodium falciparum,June and July malaria cases two months of the year accounted for 72.43%(762/1052)of the total number of cases and it's real rare in China. The hospitalized 488 cases and including 175 cases of thrombocytopenia associated with cases of malaria and 35.86%(175/488)of the total number of cases hospitalized,Plasmodium falciparum,Plasmodium vivax,Plasmodium malariae,Plasmodium ovale cases were cases of thrombocytopenia and platelet count lowest cases was 9×109/L(normal platelet count 100×109~300×109/L). By effective antimalarial treatment in patients with platelet count returned to normal after 3-6 days.Conclusion Malaria cases and thrombocytopenia principle of efficient,quick and low toxicity of the artesunate based as soon eliminate blood malaria parasite and the platelet number of patients will gradually return to normal count.
