中老年人左心瓣膜钙化的超声心动图分析

目的：了解中老年人左心瓣膜钙化的患病情况及其临床意义。方法：回顾分析2016例50岁以上中老年人群中超声心动图资料。结果：检出左心瓣膜钙化病252例（12．5％），其中女81例，男171例，且随年龄增长而增加，主动脉瓣受累率高（94．4％），临床中常合并高血压（30．2％）、冠心病（16．7％）、糖尿病（19％）及高脂血症（22．2％）。结论：性别、年龄、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病及高血脂症与左心瓣膜钙化有密切关系；左心瓣膜钙化是引起老年心衰和心律失常的重要因素。

Echocardiographic analysis of left cardiac valve calcification in middle- aged and elderly

Objective To study the circumstances of middle-aged and elderly with left cardiac valve calcification among the population of Yinchuan, China and its clinical significance. Method Echocardiographic data was used in a retrospective study of 2016 cases of patients 50 years and older who had no valve heart disease. Result 252 cases(12.5%)were found with left heart valve calcification and increased with age. Most commonly calcifyied was the aortic valve rate was high(94.4%) among which 81 cases were females, 171 were males, the most frequent clinical complications beinge hypertension(30.3%), coronary heart disease (16.7%),diabetes (19%),and hypercholesterolemia(22.2%).Conclustion That sex, age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and hypercholesterolemia all have a close relationship with middle to old age patients with left cardiac valve calcification. Left cardiac valve calcification is also an important factor in causing heart failure and arrhythmia in the elderly.
