颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞经颅多普勒与数字减影血管造影不符原因分析

摘    要:目的分析缺血性脑血管病颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞患者经颅多普勒(TCD)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果不符原因。方法120例缺血性脑血管病患者分别行TCD和DSA检查。分析两者结果及不符原因。结果120例患者TCD检查1304条血管,检测狭窄动脉172支,闭塞16支;DSA检查血管1534条,发现狭窄动脉233支,闭塞26支,颅内闭塞17支。TCD与DSA符合156支,TCD诊断血管狭窄的敏感性为85.7%,特异性为98.2%,假阳性率为9.3%,假阴性率2-3%。结论TCD是诊断颅内动脉狭窄的重要而无创性检查方法。由于其技术局限性,结果与DSA存在一定差异.改进检查技术,可进一步提高精确性。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the disagreement between transcranial Doppler (TCD) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases caused by intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion.
