正常体重指数多囊卵巢综合征对孕妇围产结局的影响

目的 探讨正常体重指数(BMI)多囊卵巢综合征对孕妇围产结局的影响.方法 收集2017年1～6月在首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院治疗的87例孕前正常BMI的多囊卵巢综合征孕妇的围产结局资料,并与同期180例正常BMI孕妇的围产结局资料进行对比.结果 2组产妇早产(9.2％vs.8.9％)、产后出血(9.2％vs.8.9％)等并发症发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);妊娠期糖尿病(16.1％vs.8.9％)及妊娠期高血压疾病(12.6％vs.5.0％)发生率的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 正常BMI的多囊卵巢综合征的孕妇妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠期高血压疾病的发生危险明显高于非多囊卵巢综合征产妇,在临床上要予以关注.

Effects of normal body mass index polycystic ovary syndrome on peri-natal outcome of pregnant women

Objective To investigate the effect of normal body mass index polycystic ovary syndrome on perinatal outcome in pregnant women.Methods The perinatal outcome data of 87 cases of pre-pregnancy normal body mass index of polycystic ovary syndrome of pregnant women were collected from January 2016 to December 2016 in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,and the perinatal outcome data of 90 cases of normal body mass index pregnant women data were compared during the same period.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of preterm birth (9.2％ vs.8.9％),postpartum hemorrhage (9.2％ vs.8.9％,P ＞ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (16.1％ vs.8.9％) and gestational hypertension(12.6％ vs.5.0％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The risk of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome with normal body mass index is significantly higher than that of patients with nonisciploid ovarian syndrome.
