| 摘 要： | 报告我院自１９７８－１９９２年行支气管成形术治疗中心型肺癌２９例，其中鳞癌２５例，小细胞癌４例。术式：肺叶加支气和袖状切除２５例，肺叶加支气管楔状切除４例。术中１７例行支气管切缘冰冻切片，均无癌残瘤。术后病理切缘鳞癌残留２例（占６．９％）。本文就手术方法及术后合并症进行探讨。

| Abstract: | We performed bronchoplasties on 29 cases with central lung cancer in our hospital from 1978 to 1992. Among them, 25 cases were squamous cell cancer, 4 cases were small cell cancer.Surgical patters lung lobectomy with sleeve resection of bronchus was operated on 25 cases,lobectomy with cuneiform resection of bronchus was operated on 4 cases. During operations, no survivals of cancer cells were seen in frozen section of 17 cases, survivals of squamous cell cancer could be seen in postoperation in 2 cases (6. 9%). The article discusses surgical methods and postoperative complications. |
