| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨发病6-72小时急性脑梗死的积极有效治疗方法。方法 采用小剂量尿激酶（UK）治疗急性脑梗死（发病6-72小时）30例，并设立同期对照组32例，在治疗前后对疗效、并发症、CT、PT方面进行比较分析。结果 小剂量组较对照组有良好疗效。结论 小剂量尿激酶治疗发病6-72小时急性脑梗死病人具有较好的临床效果及完全性。

| Abstract: | Objective Study in the effective treatment for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Thirty patients with acute cerebral infarction (6～72 hours after onset) were treated in low dose of urokinase (UK),32 patients were the control group.The clinical parameters and the results of brain CT and PT scans and angiography were studied before and after treatment.Results Good curative effect has been observed from the low dosage group as compared with control group.Conclusions Thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral infarction with UK in small dosage resulted in good clinical outcome and safety. |
