急性泌尿系感染病人血、尿IL-8水平变化的研究

目的 探讨急性泌尿系感染病人血清和尿IL－8水平的变化及临床意义。方法 采用酶联双夹心双抗法检测了53例女性急性泌尿系感染病人血清、尿中的IL－8水平。结果 急性泌尿系感染病人尿IL－8水平明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.001)；急性肾盂肾炎病人血清IL－8浓度明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.05）；急性泌尿系感染病人血清IL－8水平与尿中白细胞数呈正相关，（P＜0.001)。结论 尿IL－8升高可作为急性泌尿系感染的一个诊断依据，血清IL－8水平的升高可作为上、下尿路感染的鉴别诊断。

Study on levels of IL-8 in serum and urine of patients with acute urinary tract infection

Objective To evaluate the changes of Interleukin 8 (IL 8) in serum and urine of patients with acute urinary tract infection and its clinical significance.Methods Serum and urine samples collected from fifty three female patients with acute urinary tract infection were measured with ELISA techniques.Results Levels of IL 8 in urine of patients with acute urinary tract infection were obviously higher than that of control group ( P < 0.001). Levels of IL 8 in serum of patients with acute pyelonephritis were obviously higher than that of control group ( P <0.001).There was no obvious difference between levels of IL 8 in serum of patients with lower urinary tract infection and that of control group ( P <0.05).Positive relationship was observed between IL 8 and WBC in urine of patients with acute urinary tract infection.Conclusions Rising of IL 8 in urine can be one diagnostic evidence of acute urinary tract infection.Rising of 8 in serum can be a criterion of differential diagnosis between upper and lower urinary tract infection.
