非静脉曲张性上消化道出血急诊胃镜下药物喷洒与注射效果的比较

目的探讨急诊胃镜下止血对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法将经急诊胃镜明确诊断为非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的98例患者随机分为内镜注射组、内镜喷洒组，两组在镜下止血同时静脉注射奥美拉唑每次40mg，每12小时1次，连用5d。将各组的临床疗效进行总结分析。结果两组在即时止血率（95．9％vs．77．6％）、再出血率（4．1％vs．14．3％）和急诊手术率（2．0％vs．12．2％）方面存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论急诊胃镜下止血治疗是非静脉曲张性上消化道出血有效的治疗方法。

Effects of emergent endoscopic injection of epinephrine and norepinephrine spraying in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objectives To study the effect of emergent endoscopic hemostasis in non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
