探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖及树突状细胞的影响

目的　研究幽门螺旋杆菌 (HP)感染对上皮细胞增殖及抗原呈递细胞 树突状细胞 (DC)的影响。通过Hp相关性胃炎、胃癌组DC83 表达的差异 ,探索免疫反应在Hp致癌中的作用。方法　分别对 72例Hp阳性胃炎胃癌组及 75例Hp阴性胃炎胃癌组应用流式细胞仪检测PCNA和DC83 表达。结果　Hp相关性胃炎胃癌组PC NA、DC83 均明显高于Hp非相关性胃炎胃癌组 (P <0 .0 1)。在Hp阳性胃病组中 ,胃癌组PCNA高于胃炎组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而DC83 明显低于胃炎组P <0 .0 1。结论　Hp相关性胃炎胃粘膜细胞增生活跃 ,免疫反应增强 ,Hp相关性胃癌上皮细胞过度增殖 ,免疫功能受损 ,可能为肿瘤的发生提供了机会

The effects of Helicobacter pylori infection to the gastric mucosal epithelia proliferation and dendretic cell

Objective To investigate the effects of helicobacter pylori(H pylori) infection to epithelia proliferation and antigen present cell dendretic cell (DC),and explor the role of immunity action to the cancerogenic process of H pylori.Methods The expression level of PCNA and DC 83 in the gastric mucosal tissus 72 cases H pylori( ) gastritis and gastric cancer group,75 cases Hpylori(-) gastritis and gastric cancer group were detected with flow cytometry method.Results The level of PCNA and DC 83 were higher in H pylori ( ) gastritis and gastric cancer group than that in H pylori(-) gastritis and gastric cancer group, P <0.01.Among H pylori associated gastric disease group.PCNA in gastric cancer group was higher than that in gastritis group, P < 0.01 .Otherwise DC 83 was lower than in gastritis group, P < 0.01 .Conclusions The active proliferation and increased immunity action of gastric mucosal cell in H pylori associated gastritis,over proliferation and damage of immunological function in H pylori associated gastritis cancer,suggest H pylori infection might provide chance for the geneses of cancer.
