气管切开术并发症分析

目的 总结气管切开手术的临床经验,评价并发症发生率及烧伤后气管切开手术时机的选择,提出手术安全性的措施.方法 回顾性分析58例气管切开患者的临床资料.结果 本组发生11例次并发症,发生率为18.9%.31例烧伤患者接受了气管切开手术,10例死亡,平均气管切开时间26.4h;存活21例,平均气管切开时间10.9h,有显著性差异.结论 严格按解剖标志操作,使用新型材料,可预防严重并发症发生.中、重度吸入性损伤之烧伤患者,宜在伤后11h内完成气管切开手术.

Analysis of the complications of tracheotomy

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of tracheotomy.Methods A retrospective study of 58 patients receiving tracheotomy from Jan.2000 to Dec.2001 was conducted.Results 11 complications had happened,the incidence rate was 18.9%.31 burn patients received tracheotomy,10 patients died,the average time from burn to tracheotomy was 26.4h;21 patients survived,the average time was 10.9h,There was significant difference.Conclusions The operation should be completed within 11h for the burn patients with inhalation injury.
