| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸部X线透视检查在儿童支气管异物诊断中的价值.方法对50例有异物吸入史或咳嗽、发热久治不愈的患儿行胸部X线透视检查,动态观察纵隔运动.结果50例均显示纵隔摆动,经支气管镜检查,其中46例证实有支气管异物.胸部X线透视检查有纵隔摆动者的支气管异物阳性诊断率达92%.结论胸部X线透视检查能动态观察纵隔活动情况,是诊断支气管异物的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective The value of chest fluoroscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children was investigated.Methods Chest fluoroscopy was carried out to observe the mediastinal pendular movement in dynamic in 50 children patients with foreign body inspiration,or with long lasting cough and fever.Results Mediastinal pendular movement was observed in all cases.Foreign bodies inspired were verified in 46 cases by bronchoscopy.The positive diagnosis rate of bronchial foreign body by chest fluoroscopy was 92%.Conclusions Chest fluoroscopy can show mediastinal movement in dynamic.It is an effective method in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body. |
