| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经导管子宫动脉和髂内动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的临床应用价值。方法选择双侧髂内动脉和子宫动脉栓塞术治疗18例产后大出血患者,栓塞材料为明胶海绵条或颗粒。结果 18例产后大出血,16例一次性完全止血成功,无严重并发症。结论介入栓塞子宫动脉治疗产后大出血具有止血迅速、创伤小、可保留子宫等特点,具有临床推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical practice value of uterine artery and internal iliac artery embolism treating the postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 18 cases with postpartum hemorrhage were treated with selectivity two-side internal iliac artery and uterine artery embolism technique,treats embolism material was the gelatin sponge strip or pellet.Results In 11 cases postpartum hemorrhage,16 cases stop bleeding completely without serious complication.Conclusion Involvement embolism has the characteristics of hema... |
