| 摘 要： | 目的探讨罗格列酮（RSG）联合二甲双胍（Mefformin）治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择经口服降糖药疗效不佳的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者98例,按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组接受盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组接受罗格列酮联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗,疗程均为12周。将两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果与治疗前比较,两组均可使FPG、2hPG、HbAlC、SBP、DBP、Homa-IR显著降低,观察组治疗后的FPG、2hPG、HbAlC、Homa-IR与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论罗格列酮可减轻Ⅱ型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗作用,并具有一定程度的降压作用,与二甲双胍联合应用具有协同作用。
