| 摘 要： | 目的 了解基质金属蛋白酶（Matrix Metalloproteinase，MMPS）和细胞因子TNF—α在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者肠粘膜的表达及意义，为明确UC的发病机制提供依据。方法采用实时荧光定量RT—PCR技术检测25例UC患者肠粘膜组织中MMP-1，MMP-3和TNF—αmRNA的表达情况。结果UC患者肠粘膜组织中MMP-1，MMP-3和TNF—α的表达，高于正常对照组。结论UC患者肠粘膜组织中MMP-1，MMP-3和TNF—α升高，提示MMPS可能在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase（mmps） and cytokine TNF-α in the intestinal mueosa from the patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods The expression of romp-1, romp-3 and TNF-α in the intestinal mucosa from 25 patients with ulcerative colitis were studied with realtime fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results The expression of mmp-1, mmp-3 and TNF-α in the intestinal mueosa from patients with ulcerative colitis were obviously increased compared with that of control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elevated expression of romp-1, romp-3 and TNF-α in patients with ulcerative colitis shows that romps play an important role in the immunopathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. |
