| 摘 要： | 目的研究住院病人前十位疾病构成,为本市常见病、多发病种的预防及卫生资源的合理分配提供科学依据。方法利用国际疾病分类ICD-10标准的类目法对我院2009年出院病人前十位疾病构成及顺位进行分析。结果胆石病、其他医疗照顾、剖宫产是本院全年收治病人较多的病种,共3467例,占出院病人的14.35%。结论对于较集中疾病的预防、诊断、治疗、护理应作为本院疾病工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze top 10 diseases in 2009.MethodsAccording to International Classification of Diseases,the patients of our hospital were analyzed.ResultsCholelithiasis,other medical care and cesarean section were common diseases in our hospital(3467 cases,14.35%).ConclusionThe important work of our hospital is to prevent,diagnosis and treat the common diseases. |
