| 摘 要： | 目的 评价小剂量比索洛尔联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法62例轻中度原发性高血压患者应用比索洛尔（2．5～5mg／d）联合吲达帕胺（1．5mg／d）治疗，疗程8周。观察疗效及不良反应。结果62例中显效36例（58．1％），有效22例（35．5％），无效4例（6．4％），不良反应轻。结论小剂量比索洛尔联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗轻中度原发性高血压安全和有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of low-dose bisoprolol and indapamide in mild and moderate primary hypertension. Methods 62 patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension were treated with low-dose bisoprolol and indapamide for 8 weeks. Results The rates of excellence, effectiveness and inefficiency were 58. 1%, 35. 5.0% and 6.5%, respectively. The verse effects were mild. Conclusions It is safe and effective to treat mild or moderate hypertension with Low-dose bisoprolol and indapamide. |
