早期应用无创正压通气治疗重症胰腺炎合并急性肺损伤的疗效观察及护理价值

目的观察早期应用无创正压机械通气治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)合并急性肺损伤患者的疗效及护理价值。方法对30例重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肺损伤患者在基础治疗的同时,应用无创正压机械通气治疗和加强综合护理措施,并观察治疗前后血气分析、心率及呼吸频率的变化。结果 30例患者采用无创正压机械通气治疗前与治疗后SaO2、PaO2、心率及呼吸频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用无创性正压机械通气并配合综合护理措施能有效改善SAP患者的低氧血症,减少急性肺损伤的发生率及由低氧血症诱导的器官功能障碍,提高抢救成功率,降低死亡率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

The therapeutic effect and nursing value of early use of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in severe acute pancreatitis patients with acute lung injury

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and nursing value of early use of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） patients with acute lung injury.Methods 30 SAP patients with acute lung injury were treated with noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation and intensive nursing interventions based on routine conservative regimen.The change of blood gas,heart rate and respiratory rate were observed.Results There were statistically differences in SaO₂,PO₂,heart rate and respiratory rate before and after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion The early use of noninvasive positive pressure of mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the hypoxemia of SAP patients with acute lung injury,reduce the incidence of organ dysfunction induced by hypoxemia, improve the success rate,the rescue and reduce mortality.
