| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产前超声对胎儿肾脏囊性病变的诊断价值其临床意义。方法对75637例孕妇在产前超声检查中发现的31例胎儿肾脏囊性病变的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者中,常染色体隐性遗传性多囊肾（胎儿型）4例;多囊性发育不良肾16例;常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾（成人型）9例;梗阻性囊性发育不良肾2例。结论超声检查在产前对胎儿肾脏囊性病变能及时准确的做出诊断,对客观评价其预后及在优生学上有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the prenatal ultrasonographyic diagnosis of the fetuses with polycystic renal disease.Methods Sonograms of 31 cases with fetal renal cystic diseases found in 75637 pregnant women by prenatal ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Result there were 4 cases with autosomal recessive polycystic kidney（fetal）,16 cases with cystic renal dysplasia,9 cases with autosomaldominant polycystic kidney（adult type） and 2 cases with cystic renal dysplasia.Conclusion Ultrasonography play an important role in the prenatal fetal renal cystic disease. |
