护患一体健康宣教双核查模式在优质护理中的应用

目的探讨采用护患一体健康宣教双核查表健康教育方式在胃肠外科开展优质护理中的效果。方法将207例胃肠外科住院病人按入院的先后随机分为对照组102例及观察组105例。对照组进行常规健康宣教,观察组采用护患一体健康宣教双核查模式进行健康教育,比对两组患者对健康教育的掌握程度及住院患者体验满意度。结果观察组病员对健康教育的掌握程度和患者体验满意度综合评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用护患一体健康宣教双核查模式能提高病人对健康知识的掌握程度及住院患者体验满意度,有助于患者满意、护士满意、社会满意和政府满意。

The application of nurse-patient double verification mode of health education in quality nursing

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of nurse-patient double verification mode of health education in department of gastrointestinal surgery＇quality nursing.Methods 207 gastrointestinal surgery in-patients were randomly divided into control group（102 cases）and observation group（105 cases）according to the order of admission.Control group were treated with general health education and observation group were treated with nurse-patient double verification mode of health education.The mastery of health education and inpatient satisfaction in the two groups of patients were observed.Results In terms of master degree of health education of the observation group were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）,and the observation group＇s patient also acquired better inpatient satisfaction（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nurse-patient double verification mode of health education would enhance the patient＇mastery of health knowledge and improve the inpatient experience satisfaction.
