摘    要:目的研究高血压病患者血压变异性与早期肾损害各项指标的相关性及其意义。方法随机选择37例原发性高血压作为实验组,19例健康正常人作为对照组。监测高血压病在日间、夜间及24小时收缩压变异性和舒张压变异性,对早期肾损害时尿mAlb、血β2-MG、尿β2-MG进行测定,研究其相关性。结果高血压病组与正常对照组进行比较,血压变异性各指标差异均有显著性,高血压痛患者血压变异性增大,反映早期肾脏损害的各指标差异也均有显著性,各亚组高血压病患者日间及24小时的血压变异性与尿mAlb、血β2-MG、尿β2-MG呈正相关,而夜间的血压变异性与各指标均无关。结论降低日间及24小时血压变异性可能阻止高血压患者早期肾脏损害的发展,但需要进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between blood pressure variability and early renal damage of hypertension patients. Methods The dlurnal,nocturnal and 24 hours systolic and diastolic blood pressure variability were detected, and meanwhile the urine mAlb,blood β2-MG,urineβ2-MG were measured in 17 hypertension patients and 19 normal controls, and their relationship was studied. Results Compared with the controls, the parameters of blood pressure variability and early renal damage of hypertension patients were increased. The diurnal and 24 hours blood pressure variability of hypertension patients was positively correlated with urine mAlb, blood β2-MG,urineβ2-MG, but nocturnal pressure variability failed to show correlation with the parameters. Conclusion To reduce the diurnal and 24 hours blood pressure variability may retard the development of early renal damage of hypertension patients ,but it needs further study.
