空气压缩泵吸入与超声雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察空气压缩泵吸入与超声雾化吸入对小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法 90例毛细支气管炎随机分为治疗组45例与对照组45例,两组均给予抗炎、吸痰、吸氧等治疗,同时治疗组给予空气压缩泵吸入布地奈德加沙丁胺醇,对照组给予超声雾化吸入布地奈德加沙丁胺醇,观察比较疗效。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上用空气压缩泵吸入比超声雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎更有效。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the inhalation of both air compressor and ultrasound nebulizer on bronchiolitis.Methods 90 patients were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with anti-inflamation,aspiration of sputum,oxygen inhalation.Meanwhile,the therapy group inhaled budesonide and salbutamol.Results The effect of therapy group was very conspicuous,which was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The air compressor has a better effect on the treatment of bronchiolitis.
