灯盏细辛治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨灯盏细辛佐治对慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法74例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为常规组(33例)和观察组(41例),所有患者均予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予灯盏细辛滴注。结果观察组和常规组缓解率依次为70.73%争42.42%,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。两组患者治疗后的24h尿蛋白、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)及尿&微球蛋白(82-MG)均下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但是观察组下降的更为显著,两组治疗后的24h尿蛋白、RBP及β2—MG差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组有4例副反应,而常规组有11例发生副反应,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论灯盏细辛辅助治疗慢性肾炎效果好,建议临床进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of Fleabane injection in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Seventy-four patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into routine and observation groups. All of these patients were given with routine methods, but the patients in observation group were added with fleabane injection. Results The remission rates were 70.73% in the observation group and 42.42% in the routine group with significant difference (P〈0.01). After treatment, the levels of 24-hour urine protein, retinol bining protein (RBP) and β2- microglobulin (β2-M) were lower that those before treatment (P〈0.05), However, these indexes were lower in observation group than those in routine group after treatment (P〈0.05). There were four patients with side effects in observation group, but eleven 11 in routine group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Fleabane injection is effective in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
