| 摘 要： | 目的研究人性化护理对恢复期脑卒中患者抑郁症状的影响。方法将52例恢复期脑卒中患者随机分成观察组和对照组各26例,两组均予常规的脑卒中治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上予以人性化护理,常规护理包括病情观察、安全护理、健康教育、基础护理,观察4周,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组比较,HAMD评分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论对恢复期脑卒中患者的抑郁症状进行人性化护理干预,对恢复其社会功能、肢体康复和提高生活质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of the humanistic nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with depression. Methods 52 eases of hospitalized stroke diagnosed depression were randomly divided into control group （conventional treatment and care） and intervention group （humanistic nursing）. Intervention time was 4 weeks. The two groups of rehabilitation were observed and compared. Results HAMD score of the intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group, after 2 weeks intervention. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing for stroke patients with depression care is effective. |
