| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血浆C-反应蛋白（CRP）的动态变化规律。方法采用免疫比浊法对108例急性缺血性脑卒中患者的血浆CRP水平进行动态观察（入院时〈72小时,7天及14天）,同期我院健康体检正常者。结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清CRP从入院时〈72小时升高,至第7天达高峰,以后降低;14天接近健康正常者。结论血浆CRP水平是临床评价急性缺血性脑卒中患者病情发展和预后的一个重要的生物学指标,动态监测血浆CRP含量的变化对于急性缺血性脑卒中病情和近期预后的判断及提高救治水平具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change regularity of CRP in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Method Immunoturbidimetry was used to measure the concentration of CRP in 108 cases with acute ischemic stroke and health ex-amination as control group.Result The level of serum CRP in patients with acute ischemic stroke increased 72 hours after the onset and reached a peak on 7 day after the onset and then decreased,which took 14 days to the normal control.Conclusion Serum level of CRP was an important prognostic marke... |
