| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单纯闭合性腹膜外十二指肠损伤发病机制及正确处理措施。方法分析我院28例单纯闭合性腹膜外十二指肠损伤患者受伤机制及采用手术或非手术治疗措施所达到的治疗效果。结果28例患者采用剖腹探查手术治疗后均康复。结论单纯闭合性腹膜外十二指肠损伤治疗关键是掌握好剖腹探查指征，及时行剖腹探查，术中根据具体情况选择合适术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the rational surgical treatment on retroperitoneal duodenal injures.Methods 28 patients with retroperitoneal duodenal injures were involved in our study.the following aspects were analyzed:injuries,diagnosis,and treatment.Results All the patients recovered from the wound after operation.Conclusions Good medical results of the patients with retroperitoneal duodenal injures depends on early diagnosis,operation in time and in proper ways. |
