负压封闭引流技术在降低创伤软组织缺损修复患者感染中的效果

目的 观察负压封闭引流技术在降低创伤后软组织缺损修复患者感染中的效果.方法 选取2010年8月～2013年6月本院收治的76例创伤后软组织缺损修复患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规换药组）38例和观察组（负压封闭引流技术组）38例,然后将两组患者的总感染发生率及治疗干预前、干预后3、7d的血清IL-6、PCT的阳性率与水平进行比较.结果 观察组的总感染发生率低于对照组,而干预后3、7d血清IL-6、PCT的阳性率与水平均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）,两组干预后的评估指标之间均有显著性差异.结论 负压封闭引流技术在降低创伤后软组织缺损修复患者感染中的效果较佳.

Observation on the effect of vacuum-assisted closure technique in decreasing the infection of patients with repair of soft tissue defect after trauma

Objective To observe the effect of vacuum-assisted closure technique in decreasing the infection of patients with repair of soft tissue defect after trauma.Methods 76 patients with repair of soft tissue defect after trauma were randomly divided into control group（conventional dressing group）38 cases and observation group（vacuum-assisted closure technique group）38 cases.The total infection rate and serum IL-6 and PCT positive rate and levels before the intervention and at 3rd and 7th day after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results The total infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group.The serum IL-6 and PCT positive rate and levels at 3rd and 7th day after the intervention were lower than those of control group.Conclusion It is effective to decrease the infection of patients with repair of soft tissue defect after trauma.
