低分子肝素联合常规疗法治疗老年进展性脑卒中患者疗效分析

目的 探讨低分子肝素联合常规疗法治疗老年进展性脑卒中的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择2011年7月～2013年7月收治的老年进展性脑卒中患者83例,随机分为观察组（42例）和对照组（41例）.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合应用低分子肝素治疗.对两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损进行评分,并对临床疗效及安全性进行比较.结果 ①观察组患者在治疗7天和14天后的神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②观察组总有效率为95.2％,明显高于对照组的75.6％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 低分子肝素联合常规疗法在老年进展性脑卒中治疗中,可有效阻止进展性脑率中病情进展,改善神经功能缺损,提高临床疗效,具有一定的临床应用价值.

Clinical effect and security analysis of low molecular heparin combined with conventional therapy in treatment of elderly patients with progressive stroke

Objective To investigate clinical effect and security of low molecular heparin combined with conventional therapy on treatment of elderly patients with progressive stroke.Methods 83 elderly patients with progressive stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated by conventional therapy,while observation group was treated by low molecular heparin combined with conventional therapy.The score of neurological deficit before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and security after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The score of neurological deficit in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total efficiency of patients in observation group （95.2 %） was significantly higher than that in control group （75.6%）.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Low molecular heparin combined with conventional therapy in treating elderly patients with progressive stroke will stop the disease progression,improve the neurological deficits and enhance the clinical efficacy.
