| 摘 要： | 目的改进腹腔镜手术切除阑尾治疗阑尾炎的方法。方法采用一孔法腹腔镜手术切除阑尾治疗阑尾炎74例。结果手术时间5~20m in,平均17分钟。术中术后无并发症发生。住院时间2~3天,皮肤无须缝线,术后无瘢痕。结论本法创伤小,恢复快,操作简单快捷。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the method of laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Seventy-four patients suffering from appendicitis including 71 acute appendicitis and 3 chronic appendicitis aged from 7 to 64 years were treated by one pore laparoscopic appendectomy between February 2004 to July 2005.Results The duration of the operation was from 5 to 20 minutes and averaged 17 minutes.The hospital stay was 2-3 days.There was no need to suture and no scar left and no complication during and after operation.Conclusion The one pore laparoscopic appendectomy is a simple,conveninet,safe and minimal invasive procedure for the treatment of appendicitis. |
