门诊糖尿病患者血糖控制影响因素分析

目的了解门诊Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响因素,为制定糖尿病患者血糖控制方案提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查收集150例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者临床资料。结果性别之间和年龄之间相比,血糖控制情况无显著差异(P>0.05);初中以上文化程度比初中以下文化程度患者血糖控制更好(P<0.05);规范监测血糖患者与偶尔监测血糖患者相比,前者血糖控制更好(P<0.05)。结论文化程度和血糖监测频率影响门诊Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖控制。

The survey of the Influence Factors to the Blood Glucose Control of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To analyze the factors influencing glucose control of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,in order to offer reference of plan controlling blood glucose.Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were collected by questionnaire.Results Compared with female,male showed no significant difference in the control of blood glucose;compared with patients less than 60 years old,patients over the age of 60 showed no significant difference in the control of blood glucose;compared with patients with junior high school education or less,patients over the junior high school education showed better effect in the control of blood glucose;compared with patients who monitored blood glucose occasionally,patient who monitored blood glucose frequently showed better effect in the control of blood glucose.Conclusion It is concluded that the control of blood glucose was affected by educational level and the frequency of blood glucose monitoring.
