冠心病心绞痛及急性心肌梗塞患者的心率变异性特征

目的探讨冠心病心绞痛（AP）、急性心肌梗塞（AMI）患者的心率变异性（HRV）特征。方法采用24小时动态心电图监测42例AP患者，40例AMI患者，40例健康体检者的心率变异性（HRV），并进行对比分析。结果窦性R-R间期的标准差（SDNN）、24小时每5分钟的节段窦性R-R间期平均值的标准差（SDANNIndex）、24小时5分钟的节段窦性R-R间期标准差的平均数（SDNNIndex）、两个相邻R-R间期标准差50≥ms的心搏数占所分析信息间期内的心搏数的百分比（PNN50），连续正常R-R间期差的均方根（RMSSD），三组均不同；在5项指标中，除AP组与对照组的RMSSD相近，以及AP组与AMI组的PNN50相近外，其余任意两组比较均不同。结论动态心电图HRV时域指标对预测AP、AMI患者危险因素具有一定临床实用价值。

Characteristic of heart rate variability of patients with coronary heart disease angina pain and acute cardiac muscle infarct

Objective To investigate the characteristic of heart rate variability of patients with coronary heart disease angina pain （AP） and acute cardiac muscle infarct （AMI）. Methods 42 cases of AP and 40 cases of AMI were compared with 40 healthy people by 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram to test heart rate variability. Results In the aspects of SDNN, SDANN index, SDNN index and PNN50, there were significant differences among AP group, AMI group and control group（P〈0. 001 or P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in RMSSD between AMI group and control group （P〈0. 001 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram HRV test is valuable and eligible for predicting the risk factors of patients with AP and AMP.
