儿童哮喘使用吸入型糖皮质激素依从性与对策

目的了解哮喘儿童使用吸入型糖皮质激素的依从性及其影响因素,探讨相应干预措施。方法对98例哮喘儿童家长进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 98例患者中有21例患者依从性好,依从率为21.43%,其余77例均有不同程度不遵医嘱的现象。依从性差的影响因素有对糖皮质激素恐惧、对儿童哮喘知识了解不够、使用药物方法不当、经济困难、人员流动性较大及医生交流指导不一致等。结论加强儿童哮喘知识的宣传,对患儿家长进行长期系统的教育和管理,加强糖皮质激素的正确应用宣教,医务人员严格执行统一规范的治疗方案,从而提高哮喘儿童吸入糖皮质激素治疗的依从性。

Compliableness and influence factors of children with asthma inhaled glucocorticoids

Objective To learn about the compliance and influence factors of children with asthma patients taking inhaled glucocorticoid and discuss relevant intervention.Methods By questionnaire survey of 98 parents of children with asthma.Result Twenty one out of the ninety eight patients are satisfied on compliance.The rate of the compliance is 21.43%,but the rest of the cases are different degree of deference to the doctor’s advice.The influence factors of poor compliance are trepidation for glucocorticoid,lack of correct children asthma knowledge,using drugs in the wrong way,economic difficulties,greater mobility,and different guidance from doctors,etc.Conclusion Strengthen the publicity of children asthma knowledge;especially should focus on the long-term system of education and management for the parents.Enhance the education of correctly application for glucocorticoid.Medical staff should strictly follow the reunification of the normalization of treatment.Therefore,all of those would increase the compliance of the children with asthma for inhaled glucocorticoid treatment.
