丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼用于无痛人流的麻醉效果观察

目的探讨丙泊酚复合小剂量瑞芬太尼用于无痛人流的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将100例作无痛人流术的早孕妇女，随机分为两组，即单纯丙泊酚组（Ⅰ组）和丙泊酚一瑞芬太尼组（Ⅱ组）。对两组患者的麻醉镇痛效果进行评级，并观察记录两组麻醉前、手术中、手术结束时的HR、RR、SPO变化，以及丙泊酚用量、清醒时间、离院时间和术后腹痛情况。结果Ⅱ组的镇痛效果优于Ⅰ组（P〈0．05）；Ⅱ组丙泊酚用量明显少于工组（P〈0．01），且术毕清醒及离院时间也明显短于Ⅰ组（P〈O．01）。结论丙泊酚复合小剂量瑞芬太尼应用于无痛人流麻醉优于单纯丙泊酚麻醉，且该方法安全可靠。

Effect of propofol and remifentanil on anesthesia for induced abortion

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of propofol combined with low-dose remifentanil on anesthesia for induced abortion. Methods 100 cases of early pregnancy with voluntarily induced abortion were randomly assigned to two groups. Group Ⅰ （50 cases） was anesthetized with propofol, whereas group11 （50 cases） was anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil. The changes of heart rate, breath rate and oxygen saturation were observed during operation. The dose of propofol, the time for recovery and leaving hospital and the incidence of abdominal pain after operation were recorded. Results The effect of analgesia in group Ⅱ was better than that of groupⅠ （ P〈0. 05）. The consumed dose of propofol in groupⅡ was less than that in group Ⅰ （ P〈0. 01）. Both the time for recovery and leaving hospital in groupⅡ were shorter than that in group Ⅰ （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil on induced abortion is safer and more reliable than that on propofol only.
