艾灸对类风湿性关节炎大鼠下丘脑室旁核一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨艾灸对类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠下丘脑室旁核神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法选用健康SD大鼠15只,随机分为对照组、RA模型组、艾灸治疗组,每组5只。RA模型组,艾炙治疗组以福氏完全佐剂(FCA)造模。造模后第7天,对艾炙治疗组进行艾灸“肾俞”、“足三里”治疗,免疫组化法测定下丘脑室旁核nNOS的表达。结果与对照组比较,模型组RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量显著升高,有显著差异(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量明显降低,有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论艾灸“肾俞”、“足三里”能降低RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量,下丘脑室旁核在艾灸治疗实验性RA抗炎中具有重要作用。

Effects of Moxibustion on the expression of nitricoxide synthase in the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus of rheumatoid arthritis rats

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Moxibustion on the expression of nitricoxide synthase (nNOS) in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of Hypothalamus on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) rats. Methods Fifteen health SD rats were divided into control group, RA model group and moxibustion group. The model and moxibustion groups were injected by Freund's Complete Adjuvant (FCA). 7 days after injecting, all rats in the moxibustion group were moxibusted in "Shenshu(BL23)" and "Zusanli (ST36)" acupoints. Immnohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of nNOS in PVN. Results Compared with the control group, nNOS of the model group was significantly increased (P〈 0.01); nNOS of the moxibustion group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Moxibustion in "Shenshu (BL23)"and "Zusanli (ST36)" can decrease nNOS in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of hypothalamus, which indicates that hypothalamus plays an important role of anti-inflammatory for RA.
