摘    要:目的 评价新型Solitaire AB支架辅助栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤的有效性及安全性.方法 回顾性分析采用Solitaire AB支架治疗的颅内宽颈动脉瘤25例(27个瘤体)临床资料,包括未破裂动脉瘤5例,破裂动脉瘤20例;总结分析其安全性及有效性.结果 所有支架均成功释放,27个支架辅助栓塞动脉瘤中致密栓塞22个,瘤颈少量残留5个,术中发生脑梗1例,弹簧圈从支架网孔脱出1例,抗凝、抗血小板相关并发症1例,死亡1例.出院时MRS评分0分22例,4分2例.结论 Solitaire AB支架操作简便,顺应性良好,可重复回收,安全性高,即刻栓塞结果满意,但载瘤动脉过细时选择受限,支架网眼偏大,小弹簧圈有从网眼脱出的风险.

Endovascular embolization of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms by using Solitaire AB stent as well as coils

Abstract:Objective To explore the safety and reliability of using Solitaire AB stent assisted coil embolization treatment of intracranial wild-necked aneurysm.Methods During the period from March 2009 to March 2012,Solitaire AB stent-assisted coil embolization was carried out in 25 patients with 27 intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.The safety and reliability were summarized and analyzed.Results All stents were successfully relieved.The endovasculartreatment immediate angiography showed that the total occlusion was seen in 22 aneurysms and little residual of neck in 5aneurysms,infraction in 1 case,coil prolapse in 1 case,anticoagulation and antiplatelet related complication in 1 case,dead in 1 case,at the time of discharging MRS score 0 in 22cases,4 in 2cases.Conclusion Solitaire AB stent is convenient for operating.The redundancy reclaim safety and instantly embolization result are satisfaction.
