郑州中华按蚊自然种群生殖、存活和种群繁衍规律的研究

摘    要:目的:确定郑州地区自然界中华按蚊生殖、存活和种群变动规律,获取各项参数值以制定经济有效的防疟措施。方法:以实验研究为基础,以郑州郊区祭城乡西湖庄村的池塘和稻田为实验区,对中华按蚊的生殖、存活及数量变动进行观察。结果:获得自然界中华按蚊的参数值如下:生殖营养周期为2~3.375 d,平均为2.5 d;每d有两次产卵高峰,分别为黎明和夜晚活动高峰后;最大产卵数为400个/粒,最小产卵数为4个/粒;7月份和8月份每只雌蚊平均产卵量分别为96/次和73/次,平均成蚊前期历期分别为14.166 7 d和13.316 7 d,平均成蚊寿命分别为3.929 3 d和6.234 4 d;从羽化到吸血的平均时间为1.007 8 d;只有0.7%的雌蚊寿命超过12 d。结论:中华按蚊具有极大的疟疾传播能力,在每年7月份和8月份各出现一次高峰。

Abstract:Aim: In order to get the data of Anopheles sinensis population activities, to determine the reproduction, survival andpopulation fluctuation pattern under natural conditions and to find the methods which are more effective and economical when beingused in eradication of malaria and its vectors. Methods: The ponds and paddy fields near the Xihuzhuang village, Zhacheng,Zhengzhou were used to be experimental districts. The research was based on the experimental studies. The reproduction and sur-vival as well as the pattern of the changes in number were carefully observed. Results: Some data related to its population activi-ties under natural conditions in this area were obtained. The average circle of ovipnsition was 2.5 days, flsh 2 days to 3.375days. Egg laying peaks were twice a day. One was at dawn and the other after the activity peak in the evening. The maximum ofoviposition was 400 eggs per mosquito every time, while the minimum was 4. The average.number was 96 per mosquito every timein July and 73 in August. Average pre-adult stage was 14.166 7 days in July and 13.316 7 days in August. The average durationfrom emergence to suction of blood was 1.007 8 days. The average adult lifetime was 3.929 3 days in July and 6.234 4 days inAugust. 0.7% females could survive over 12 days. Conclusion: An . sinensis is of considerably potential danger on spreadingmalaria. There are two peaks of population density in July and Augnst, respectively.
