| 摘 要： | 目的：研究粘附分子E－cadherin(E-cd)、CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状腺癌（PTC）中的表达及其与PTC转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SP法，检测70例PTC标本中E-cd、CD44v6的表达。结果：E-cd、CD44v6在PTC中的阳性表达率分别为44．3％（31／70），67．1％（47／70），二者的表达呈明显的负相关；在有淋巴结转移组，E－cd、CD44v6阳性率分别为27．6％，82．8％，而在无淋巴结转移组分别为56．1％，56．1％，两组之间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：检测PTC中E－cd、CD44v6的表达有助于其转移潜能的判定。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the expressions of epithelial cadherin (E-cd) and CD44v6 in the papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and the correlation with metastasis. Methods: The expressions of E-cd and CD44v6 were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 70 specimens of PTC. Results: The positive rates of E-cd and CD44v6 were 44.3%(31/70) and 67.1%(47/70) respectively, and there was distinct negative correlation between the expressions of E-cd and CD44v6; the expressions of E-cd and CD44v6 in patients with lymph node metastasis were 27.6% and 82.8%, but in patients without metastasis were 56.1% and 56.1%. There was significant difference between the 2 groups (P< 0.01). Conclusion: Determination of E-cd and CD44v6 might be useful to predict the metastatic potential of PTC. |
