| 摘 要： | 利用食管内镜检查、食管粘膜活检和组织病理学检查，对食管癌高发区楼村４０２名３０岁以上居民进行普查。所有受检居民均无食管疾病的临床症状。结果：４０２名无症状居民中，共发现早期食管癌患者４例，慢性食管炎６７例，Ｂａｒｅｔ食管３例，基底细胞增生５８例和间变１８例。提示：对食管癌高发区人群进行普查是发现早期癌的重要方法。食管癌高发区人群Ｂａｒｅｔ食管并非罕见，应该重视这一疾病的研究。

| Abstract: | A mass survery was carried out on 402 subjects from a high incidence area of Loucun Village for esophageal cancer with endoscopic biopsy and histopathological examinations to further characterize the early esophageal lesion in this area.All the subjects examined were symptom free.Results:of the 402 subjects examined,seven cases were found with early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(three cases were found without apparent changes under endoscopy and confirmed by histopathology),67 cases with chronic esophagitis,3 cases with Barrett esophagus,58 cases with basal cell hyperplasia and 15 cases with dysplasia.The present study further pointed out the importance of early detection of esophageal cancer in high risk population through mass survery in high incidence areas.The results also indicated that Barrett esophagus was not uncommon in the population in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer.The study of this disease should be emphasized. |
