分化型甲状腺癌组织中促甲状腺激素受体的表达

目的:探讨分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)组织中促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法对43例DTC(39例乳头状癌,4例滤泡状癌)、30例甲状腺腺瘤及16例正常甲状腺组织进行TSHR的测定。结果:正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤和DTC组织TSHR均有不同程度表达,甲状腺腺瘤组织的表达与正常甲状腺组织相似,而DTC中有88.37%(38/43)的表达与正常组织相似,11.63%(5/43)的表达低于正常甲状腺组织。DTC组织中TSHR的表达与肿瘤病理分期、有无淋巴结转移、年龄有关(P<0.05);与性别、肿瘤大小、病灶多少无关(P>0.05)。结论:DTC可能为TSHR依赖性肿瘤,TSHR检测有助于提高DTC的诊疗水平。

Expression of thyrotropin receptor in differentiated thyroid carcinoma tissue

Aim: To investigate the expression of thyrotropin receptor (TSHR) in differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) tissue and its significance. Methods: Expression of TSHR was detected using immunohistochemical SP method in 43 cases of DTC (39 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma, 4 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma), 30 cases of thyroid adenoma, and 16 cases of normal thyroid tissue. Results: All of the cases were stained,but their intensity was different.It showed similar intensity of adenoma tissue to that of the normal thyroid.Among DTC, 38 cases (88.37%) exhibited similar intensity to that of the normal thyroid tissue, while 5 cases (11.63%) showed lower intensity compared with that of normal thyroid tissue. The expression of TSHR in the differentiated thyroid carcinomas were associated with the tumor stage, age,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: DTC might be TSHR-dependnt tumor and investigation of TSHR might help to the diagnosis and treatment of DTC.
