| 摘 要： | 采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１０４例各类型乙型肝炎（乙肝）患者的血清前－Ｓ２抗原（Ｐｒｅ－Ｓ２Ａｇ）及其抗体（Ｐｒｅ－Ｓ２Ａｂ），结果表明，Ｐｒｅ－Ｓ２Ａｇ的出现与ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ、ＨＢｃＡｂ呈显著相关性（Ｐ值均＜０．００５），主要见于乙肝急性期及慢性乙肝患者，说明病毒复制活跃、传染性强。而Ｐｒｅ－Ｓ２Ａｂ阳性仅见于急性乙肝恢复期。

| Abstract: | Pre-S2Ag and Pre-S2Ab in the serum of 104 patients with various types of hepatitis B were tested with ELISA.And the relation among HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HB-cAb and pre-S2Ag,Pre-S2Ab was discussed.The results showed that the occurrence of Pre-S2Ag had significant correlation with HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb (P<0.005),mainly seen in the patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B.The above suggested that the replication of the viruse;was active and the infectivity was strong.Pre-S2Ab was discovered only in the recovering patients with acute hepatitis B. |
