| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨研究微小甲状腺癌的临床诊治特点。方法：对1992年5月至20002年3月收治的31例微小型甲状腺癌患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：共行单侧甲状腺腺叶加峡部切除术22例；双侧甲状腺次全切除术3例；单侧腺叶、峡部切除术加同侧颈淋巴结清扫术5例；双侧甲状腺次全切除加淋巴结清扫1例。全组31例无手术死亡和术后并发症。结论：甲状腺腺叶加峡部切除是微小型甲状腺癌手术治疗较理想的术式；有淋巴结转移者同时行功能性颈淋部淋巴结清扫术。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the characteristics for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid microcarcinoma (TMC). Methods: A total of 31 cases of TMC undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from May 1993 to March 2002 were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Total resection of the affected lobe and isthmus was performed in 22 cases.Subtotal thyroidectomy was performed in 3 cases. Total resection of the affected lobe, isthmus and neck dissection was performed in 5 cases. There was no mortality in operation or postoperative complication. Conclusions: Total thyroidectomy of a lobe is a better therapy of choice. Neck lymph node excision should be taken if there is local infiltration or if neck lymph node is palpable. |
