双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液对兔眼球穿孔伤后房水蛋白升高的抑制作用

摘    要:目的:观察双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液对兔眼球穿孔伤后房水蛋白升高的抑制作用。方法:采用兔眼前房穿刺和花生四烯酸(AA)刺激眼前部模型,用Lowry法测定兔眼球穿孔后房水蛋白含量的变化。结果:Lowry法测定兔眼球穿孔后房水蛋白含量的回收率为91.8%-104.1%,平行实验的相对标准偏差为0.46%,双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液对兔眼球穿孔伤后房水蛋白升高的抑制率为90.3%,对AA刺激引起的房水蛋白升高的抑制率为76.1%。结论:1.0g/L双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液对前房穿刺及AA刺激引起的房水蛋白升高有显著抑制作用,并且明显优于醋酸可的松滴眼液。

Abstract:Aim: To study whether diclofenac acid-choline eyedrops can inhibit the raise of the aqueous humor protein.Methods: The content of the oozed aqueous humor protein was determind with Lowry methods by using the eye inflammatory model owing to stabbing the rabbits' eye loculus and AA irriating. Result: The productivity of the Lowry methods was 91.8% - 104.1% and CV = 0.46% . After the eye drops was used, the inhibition rates of the protein concentrations increased by the eyes loculus stabbing and by AA irritating were 90.3% and 76.1% respectiuely. Conclusions: Diclofenac acid-choline eye drops (1.0 g/L) could strongly inhibit the raise of the aqueous humor protein owing to irritation to the anterior chamber of the rabbit's eye and stimulation effect of AA. The inhibition of diclofenac acid-choline eyedrops is much better than that of acetic acid cortisonum.
