河南农村卫生适宜技术推广应用影响因素分析

目的:探讨河南省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用影响因素.方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,通过随机整群抽样调查方法,对249名从事基层医疗卫生工作的医务人员进行问卷调查.结果:236份有效问卷中,赞同在农村推广卫生适宜技术应用的医生占50.4%,可以推广的占41.1%.影响卫生适宜技术应用的主要因素为管理层重视程度、技术收费价格、医生是否进行了培训及医院的激励机制等.结论:农村卫生适宜技术适合在基层医疗单位应用,应分层次有重点地推广应用.加强管理、建立有效的推广应用激励机制是卫生适宜技术在基层农村顺利推广应用的关键环节.

Research on the influencing factors for using feasible medical techniques in countryside of Henan

Aim: To investigate the influencing factors for using feasible medical techniques (FMTs) in countryside of Henan province. Methods: A total of 249 doctors in the rural medical organizations or hospitals were interviewed personally with a self-designed questionnaire by the typical sampling method. Results: A total of 236 available questionnaires were collected, and 50.4% of the doctors agreed with the active application of FMTs in the countryside and 41.1% thought that they could be promoted. The main influencing factors for FMTs were recognition degree of the leaders,price for health service, inspiriting and training doctors for FMTs. Conclusion: FMTs could be adopted by the rural doctors working at the healthcare center. It is suggested that these techniques should be popularized step by step. It is important to enhance management and establish encouragement.
